Read these service conditions before creating an account or purchasing access.
Service scope
ProspectDrain organizes contact fields available from public source pages. Availability, page structure and network access affect results. A submitted domain does not guarantee contacts, and a found email is not a deliverability or buying-intent guarantee. Enterprise concept features are not included unless separately agreed.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your credentials private. Use the service only for authorized business research and outreach. Do not use it to harass people, bypass access controls or send messages contrary to your provider’s rules. You are responsible for reviewing contacts and the basis for contacting them.
Plans and billing
Free accounts include a lifetime allowance of 10 unique domains. Standard card subscriptions renew monthly at Starter $99, Growth $249 or Scale $399 USD, subject to the amount and any first-month promotion shown at checkout. Cancel future card renewal using Billing. Crypto access is prepaid for 30 days, requires manual verification and does not renew automatically. Custom inquiries do not create a subscription.
Allowances and exports
Paid contact allowances are consumed when contact rows are saved to extraction files. Downloads of existing files do not consume additional rows. New runs may consume rows again. Match-ratio rows are excluded. Results may be limited to remaining capacity.
Questions and disputes
For account access, billing, service or refund questions, submit a support request. A request confirmation does not confirm a refund or cancellation. These conditions do not remove rights that apply under applicable law.
